Economic Laws Practice (ELP) is seeking a lawyer with 4 - 7 years of work experience for their Real Estate team in Mumbai.

Qualification: LL.B.
Job Description
-Conducting due diligence of the real estate properties;
-Preparing reports on Title/Title Certificate;
-Drafting Conveyance Deeds, Development Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Rera Agreement for Sale, Lease Deed, Leave and License Agreements etc;
-Drafting opinions.
Requirements
Should be well versed in real estate laws including real estate laws in Maharashtra and keenness to stay updated, from time to time.
