The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing Bar and Bench’s social media presence across various platforms, primarily Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will play a crucial role in creating engaging content, building a strong online community, and driving audience growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with Bar and Bench’s overall marketing goals.

- Create engaging captions, hashtags, and calls to action for social media posts.

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of graphics and visuals.

- Monitor social media platforms for trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

- Track and analyze social media performance metrics

- Stay up-to-date with the best practices in our industry.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.

- Fast reading speed, and excellent written & verbal communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the legal or media industry.

- Proficiency in social media management tools.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in social media management.
