Crores in Fruits: Vertices Partners, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas on DeHaat acquiring Freshtrop Fruits

Media reports that Dehaat acquired BSE listed Freshfruits for Rs. 77 Crore

DeHaat has acquired the export business of Freshtrop Fruits Limited.

Vertices Partners represented Dehaat in this acquisition deal.

The transaction team was led by Vikrant Anand (Partner) and Anushree Pathak (Senior Associate).

Founder & Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Freshtrop Fruits with a team Led by Partner Mudit Shah.

BSE listed Freshfruit Limited in its Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations disclosure said, "The Sale deeds for the immovable properties have been executed in favour of the Buyer and the initial tranche of the proceeds has been received by the Company from the Buyer."
