VERTICES PARTNERS advised agriTech startup DeHaat (Green Agrevolution Private Limited) on acquiring farm advisory platform AgriCentral from Olam Agri through a business transfer agreement.

VERTICES PARTNERS represented DeHaat on this acquisition.

The transaction team was led by Vinayak Burman (Founder and Managing Partner), Vikrant Anand (Partner), Nishant Singh (Senior Associate), Nishtha Khandelwal (Associate) and Ayushi Narayan (Associate).

VERTICES PARTNERS had also advised DeHaat when the company had acquired Freshtrop Fruits.
