Vertices, Cyril Amarchand act on Sunstone Eduversity raising US$35 million

Sunstone Eduversity has raised US$35 million in its Series C round of funding led by existing investor, WestBridge Capital.

Vertices Partners advised Sunstone on the round.

The team was led by Vani Panicker (Associate Partner), while Founder & Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised the investors with a team led by Partners, Amarta Roy and Anandita Kaushik.

Sunstone aims to use the raised funds to launch new undergraduate tech programs on its platform.
