Trilegal, TT&A, Hogan Lovells act on Emmvee ₹3,000 crore proposed IPO

Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited has filed the draft red herring prospectus for an initial public offering aggregating up to ₹3,000 crore.

Trilegal is advising Emmvee on this IPO. The Firm is also advising the Promoter Selling Shareholders, namely, Manjunatha Donthi Venkatarathnaiah and Shubha Manjunatha Donthi offering upto ₹856.138 crore in the proposed IPO.
