Trilegal, Khaitan act on INDO-MIM ₹1,000 crore+ proposed IPO

INDO-MIM Limited has proposed an initial public offering of equity shares comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹1,000 crore and an offer for sale of up to 129,674,393 equity shares by the selling shareholders.

Trilegal is advising INDO-MIM on this IPO.

The transaction team is led by Vinay Sirohia (Partner), with support from Pragya Gupta (Senior Associate) and Associates Prajna Kariappa K., Amisha Kamane, Samarth Bharadwaj, and Sanath Rajesh.

Khaitan & Co is advising the book running lead managers, HDFC Bank Limited, Axis Capital Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited and SBI Capital Markets, on this IPO.
