Trilegal, JSA act on M&B Engineering ₹650 crore IPO

M&B Engineering Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹650 crore, comprising a fresh issue of up to ₹275 crore and an offer for sale of up to ₹375 crore by certain selling shareholders.

Trilegal advised M&B Engineering on this IPO, according to the DRHP.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Equirus Capital Private Limited and DAM Capital Advisors Limited, the Book Running Lead Managers, on this IPO.
