Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company has secured unconditional approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for its $14 billion acquisition of Juniper Networks Inc.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Juniper Networks on securing the CCI's approval.
