SAM, Herbert Smith Freehills, CAM advise Jubilant Bhartia Group on acquiring 40% stake in Hindustan Coca-Cola

The transaction is valued between ₹12,000 crore and ₹12,500 crore.

Jubilant Bhartia Group is set to acquire 40% stake in Coca-Cola bottler Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings Pvt Ltd from Coca-Cola Co.
