Resolüt Partners advises ROADIS on financing deal

The deal amount is valued at approximately ₹2,903.8 crore ($350 million).

NH-2 SPV (Varanasi Aurangabad NH-2 Tollway Pvt. Ltd.) and its parent entity Indus Concessions have secured approximately ₹2,903.8 crore ($350 million) financing from a clutch of banks and offshore funds.

Resolüt Partners represented NH-2 SPV in this financing deal.

The transaction team consisted of Ruchir Sinha (Managing Partner), Shreyas Bhushan (Partner), Shivam Yadav (Associate) and Devarshi Paul (Associate).

Indus Concessions is ultimately owned by ROADIS, a global integrated player that develops, operates and manages transportation infrastructure assets.

Roadis currently manages 1,882 km of toll roads in operation in 9 concessions across five countries: Brazil, Mexico, India, Portugal and Spain.
