As a part of this transaction, Grindwell Norton is acquiring 49% shareholding in Advanced Synthetic Minerals.

Advanced Synthetic Minerals Private Limited has formed a joint venture with Grindwell Norton Limited, a listed company and group entity of Saint-Gobain, wherein Grindwell Norton has agreed to acquire 49% shareholding in Advanced Synthetic Minerals.

The transaction team consisted of Ashish Parwani (Partner), Rajeev Nair (Associate Partner) and Gitika Makhija (Senior Associate).
