Pioneer Legal, Veritas act on Havas Media acquiring a majority stake in Pivotroots

Havas Media India, the Indian arm of French advertising and public relations company, has acquired a majority stake in Pivotroots, a digital marketing and communications agency in a cross border transaction.

Pioneer Legal acted for Havas Media on the deal including negotiating the letter of intent, structuring the transaction, conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents and carrying out closing actions.

The team was led by Pritha Jha (Partner) and comprised Pavana Padmakumar (Senior Associate), Jinal Shah (Associate) and Vijay Kumar Chawla (Associate).

Veritas Legal advised the PivotRoots Group and their promoters in relation to the sale of majority stake in PivotRoots to Havas.
