Atul Udyog and Naman Mittal have subscribed to 33.33% shares of Amsted Steel Foundries (India) Pvt. Ltd.  

OP Khaitan & Co assisted Amsted Steel Foundries. The firm structured the transaction, drafted, negotiated and finalised the transaction documents  that included Share Subscription Agreement, Shareholders Agreement, Technical Assistance Agreement, Supply Agreement and other ancillary agreements with respect to the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Gautam Khaitan (Managing Partner) , Suparna Sachar (Senior Partner) along with the associates of the firm.

Amsted Steel Foundries India Pvt Ltd , a 100% subsidiary company of Amsted Aikon Rail Ventures Pvt Ltd  (a joint venture between Amsted Rail of USA and Aikon Technologies Pvt Ltd of India), is engaged, among other things, in the business of manufacture and assembly of various  components and assemblies used on freight wagons, passenger coaches and locomotives of Indian Railways.
