Proptech startup Openhouse has raised $2 million from a seed fundraise led by IndiaQuotient Ventures, with participation from angel investors including Mohit Gupta and Gunjan Patidar (both ex-Co-founders of Zomato), Gaurav Sharma (Founder, SaaS Labs), and Ramanshu Mahaur (Co-founder, Spinny).

NovoJuris Legal advised Openhouse on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Sharda Balaji (Managing Partner) and Joseph Mario Ritvik P (Associate).

Openhouse, founded by Rahool Sureka and Ankit Khemka, is developing a full-stack resale property platform focused on India's residential secondary market.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to further build technology, expand operations, and strengthen transaction capabilities.
