PDS Limited has acquired 51% shareholding of the Promoters in Pangram Brands Private Limited, Divya Suri and Bhawnish Suri.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices advised Divya Suri and Bhawnish Suri on the acquisition by PDS and consolidation of the business of DBS Lifestyle LLP and other DBS group entities led by the Promoters, under Pangram.

The transaction team consisted of Navin Syiem (Partner), Sidhartha Jatar (Senior Associate), Shaurya Jakher (Associate) and Ruthvik Tumuluri (Associate).
