Khaitan, Trilegal, Hogan Lovells act on Aditya Infotech ₹1,300 crore IPO

Aditya Infotech Limited, operating under the brand "CP Plus", has made an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹1,300 crore, which comprises a fresh issue aggregating to ₹500 crore and an offer for sale by selling shareholders aggregating to ₹800 crore.

Khaitan & Co advised CP Plus on this IPO.

The transaction team consisted of Gautham Srinivas (Partner), Sanjeev Chowdhary (Senior Associate), and Associates Vaishnavi Gupta, Vanshika Chaudhry, Ujwal Zutshi, Sarvesh Sharma, Vidushi Tanya, and Anubhav Jaiswal.

Trilegal advised Book Running Lead Managers ICICI Securities Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited on this IPO.
