Prozeal Green Energy Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating up to ₹700 crore, comprising of a fresh issue of ₹350 crore and an offer for sale of ₹350 crore by the promoter selling shareholders and certain investor selling shareholders of the company.

Khaitan & Co acted as the Legal counsel to Prozeal Green Energy and the promoter selling shareholders in relation to this IPO.
