Ramkrishna Forgings Limited has sold its wholly owned subsidiary, Globe All India Services Ltd India Services to Yatra Online Ltd., for a total consideration of ₹128 crore.

Khaitan & Co advised Ramkrishna Forgings on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Ashwin Bishnoi (Partner), Pashupati Nath (Partner), Abhiroop De (Principal Associate) and Swetank Neelabh (Associate).
