JSA acts on Snitch Apparels $40 mn Series B fundraise

Snitch Apparels Private Limited has raised ~$40 million from a Series B fundraise led by 360 ONE Asset, with participation from existing investors SWC Global and IvyCap Ventures, along with leading angel investors including Ravi Modi, Founder of Manyavar-Mohey.

JSA advised Snitch Apparels and its Founder on the transaction, which involved both primary and secondary investments.

The transaction team consisted of Rishabh Gupta (Partner), Akshath Mithal (Principal Associate), Tanmayee Shriprasad Apte (Associate), Kajal Kashyap (Associate), Saurabh Chatterji (Associate), Alisha Chawla (Company Secretary) and Tavishi Monga (CS trainee).

The Firm has been advising Snitch Apparels on various corporate matters, including its previous Series A fundraise.

The round included both primary and secondary transactions, enabling growth capital infusion and partial exits for early backers. The funds will be used to double Snitch’s offline retail footprint from 59 to over 100 stores by end-2025, expand into quick commerce and new product categories, and pilot international forays into the Middle East and South Asia. Founded in 2020 by Siddharth Dungarwal, the D2C label has recorded 120% YoY growth and drawn praise from investors for its agile, full-stack model and capital-efficient operations.
