JSA acts on DCX Systems Limited IPO

The Initial Public Offer aggregated up to ₹5,000 million.

DCX Systems Limited (DCX) has gone public with an initial public offering (IPO) of freshly issued equity shares and an offer for sale which aggregates up to ₹5,000 million.

The IPO of equity shares of ₹2 each comprised a fresh issue of up to ₹4,000 million and an offer for sale of up to ₹1,000 million.

J Sagar Associates acted as the legal counsel to the DCX as to Indian law.

The transaction team consisted of Madhurima Mukherjee Saha (Lead Partner), Niruphama Ramakrishnan (Partner), Sagar Batra (Senior Associate), Bhavini Mohan (Associate), and Shristi Kanchan (Associate).

DCX among the leading Indian players for the manufacture of electronic sub-systems and cable harnesses in terms of manufacturing capability and revenue in Fiscal 2022 in the defence and aerospace sector.
