Japan-based SENKO Group Holdings Co Lts has acquired a majority shareholding in PDS International Private Limited from the existing investors.

IndusLaw advised PDS International on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Harman Walia (Partner), Aman Gupta (Senior Associate) and Aanshavi Srishti (Associate).

Mori Hamada advised SENKO Group on the transaction as the lead purchaser counsel, with support from S&R Associates on Indian law compliance aspects.

This acquisition marks SENKO Group's strategic entry into the Indian logistics market, aiming to establish a robust business foundation and expand its customer base in the region .
