Wipro Enterprises has made an acquisition of a majority stake in Lauak Group from the Charritton family through a cross-border multijurisdictional deal.
Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer advised Wipro Enterprises on this stake acquisition.
The transaction team was led by Wipro Enterprises relationship partner Siddhartha Shukla and partner Cyril Boulignat, together with partners Emma Rohsler, Emmanuel Ronco, Anne Petitjean, Veronica Roberts, Bruno Knadjian, of counsel Camille Lartigue, and associate Rhys Williams.
The wider team included Jonathan Mattout, Sergio Sorinas, Nicolas Pegou, Ananya Bajpai, Loïc Chomet, Thomas Martin, Marcelo Valenca, Frank Thompson, Emmanuel Piekut, Johanna Gonnord, Clemence Dubois Ahlqvist, Timothee Carpentier, Ali McGregor, Noémie Laurin, Joanne Holbrook, Hugues Colombani, Sylvain Piémont, Pierre-Enzo Fraysse, Maxime Menache and Marie Louvet from the firm's London and Paris offices.
