Hammurabi & Solomon Partners has advised Elior India Food Services LLP, part of the France-headquartered Elior Group, on its strategic acquisition of a majority stake in Platos Foods Private Limited.

The Firm acted as the legal advisor to Elior India, providing comprehensive assistance including transaction structuring, legal due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and finalization of definitive agreements. The firm’s deep understanding of both cross-border and domestic M&A ensured a smooth and efficient execution of the transaction.

The transaction was led by Jyoti Kumar Chaudhary (Senior Partner) and assisted by Shubham Tripathi (Senior Associate), Aeshwarya Sisodia (Senior Associate), and Kushagra Verma (Associate).

Together, Elior and Platos are positioned to redefine workplace dining by offering corporates and employees a seamless blend of food quality, choice, technology, and transparency. By 2026, the alliance is projected to serve over 1,50,000 meals daily across 150+ establishments in India.
