Goyel & Goyal and Khaitan & Co advised on agri-tech startup MapMyCrop’s ₹15.7 crore ($1.8 million) seed funding round, led by YourNest Venture Capital with participation from angel investors, including Eaglewings Ventures.

Goyel & Goyal advised MapMyCrop on all aspects of this transaction.
