Goyel & Goyal, Anoma Legal act on 91Trucks $5 million Series A fundraise

91Trucks will use the funds to enhance omnichannel customer experience, set up 20 more retail outlets, among other things.

91Trucks has raised $5 million in a Series A fundraise led by Arkam Ventures. The round also saw participation from Titan Capital Winners Fund, along with Sparrow Capital and Atrium Angels.

Goyel & Goyal advised 91Trucks on all aspects of the transaction, with a team led by Akshit Goyal (Partner), Avinash Kumar (Senior Associate), and Associates Abhilasha Mittal and Sanjeevani Mehrotra.

Anoma Legal represented lead investor Arkam Ventures with a team comprising Abhinav Singh (Partner), Anupam Roy (Principal Associate) and Varsha Iyer (Senior Associate).

Founded in 2022 by Siddharth Sharma, Vikas Sharma, and Abhishek Gautam, the startup offers a “phygital” solution combining offline and online services for new and used commercial vehicle buyers, including financing, insurance, RTO transfers, and post-sale support.

The funds will be used to expand its offline footprint from 7 to over 20 stores across cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar, boost AI-driven customer engagement, and grow its vernacular content and operational teams. The company claims an 8x revenue growth over the past two years and aims to sell 10,000 vehicles annually within the next three years.
