Goyel & Goyal advises Furnishka in a INR 27 crore Pre-Series A fundraise

Furniture retail startup Furnishka has raised a Pre-Series A Round of ₹27 crore led by India Quotient, with participation from investors Beenext, Sparrow Capital, and notable angels such as Sujeet Kumar (Founder, Udaan), and Ramakant Sharma (Founder, Livspace).

Goyel & Goyal advised Furnishka on this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Akshit Goyal (Partner), Shubham Agrawal (Senior Associate), and Rishi Shah (Associate).

This takes the total funding of the Company up to ₹45 crore, which includes a round of ₹18 crore led by Beenext, with participation from Sparrow Capital, Sujeet, and Ramakant last year. Goyel & Goyal had also advised Furnishka on this previous raise of ₹18 crore.

Founded in 2023 by Ganesh Pawar, Furnishka aims to simplify India’s complex home furnishing market by addressing issues such as long delivery times, high costs, and inconsistent service quality. It offers a seamless shopping experience through both online and offline stores in Bengaluru, with over 1,000 SKUs and customizable designs at competitive prices.
