Anubal Fusion, India’s First Nuclear Fusion Startup, has received an investment from Speciale Invest in their latest pre-seed investment round.

GameChanger Law Advisors represented Speciale Invest on the transaction. The Firm assisted Speciale Invest in the due diligence on the investee company, as well as on the structuring, drafting and negotiating of the transaction documentation.
