ELP, SAM act on sale of shares by Bonatrans Group and JCK Group to Jupiter Wagons

Bonatrans Group A.S (BTG) and JCK Group P.L.C have sold their shares in Bonatrans India Private Limited to Jupiter Wagons Ltd.

Economic Laws Practice (ELP) provided an end-to-end legal and tax assistance to Bonatrans Group and JCK Group on this transaction.

The transaction was led by Rohit Jain (Partner), Vinay Butani (Partner), Mitesh Jain (Partner) and assisted by Hemal Shah (Principal Associate), Smriti Tripathi (Senior Associate), and Aditi Banthia (Associate).

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Jupiter Wagons on the transaction were involved in the legal due diligence, structuring of the transaction and drafting and negotiations of the transaction documents.
