DMD Advocates, Watson Farley, DFDL act on Supreme Group's acquisition of Thailand operations

The Supreme Group has announced the successful acquisition of full ownership of Supreme Feltol (Thailand) Company Limited, following the acquisition of shareholding from local Thai shareholders.

DMD Advocates acted for the entities forming part of the Supreme Group in acquiring ownership of Supreme Feltol in Thailand. The firm advised the Supreme Group entities on the acquisition process, transaction documentation, and regulatory matters.

The transaction was led by Vihang Virkar (Lead Partner, Mumbai Corporate Practice Group) and Ayesha Rai (Partner), along with Vanshikha Choraria (Associate).

Watson Farley & Williams, Thailand and DFDL, Thailand worked with DMD Advocates on this transaction.

Supreme Group

This strategic move involved purchasing the remaining shares from minority stakeholders, transitioning Supreme Feltol into a wholly-owned subsidiary of Supreme Group. Following the acquisition, the company has been rebranded as Supreme Fostreon (Thailand) Company Limited.

Established in 2019, Supreme Fostreon has rapidly become a trusted manufacturer of interior trims and noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) components for leading automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Operating from its modern facility in Rayong, Thailand, the company has earned a reputation for quality, agility, and customer-centricity.
