Ascendus Law Partners advised Gruhas on this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Vasundhra Minocha (Partner), Siddharth Tewari (Counsel) and Muskan Dubey (Associate).

This investment marks a strategic move as SuperYou looks to scale its product offerings and tap deeper into India’s growing wellness market. The company, which offers high-protein wafer bars, had previously attracted celebrity backing from actor Ranveer Singh, who reportedly holds a 50% stake.

Elite Mindset was founded by Nikunj Biyani, and is supported by Think9 Consumer Technologies, a multi-brand platform backed by Ashni Biyani. In November 2024, actor Ranveer Singh acquired a 50% stake in Elite Mindset. The company’s flagship brand, SuperYou, currently offers protein bars and multigrain baked chips and plans to expand into adjacent health-focused categories, targeting health-conscious Indian consumers.
