Gruhas Proptech, established in February 2021, is a Bengaluru-based limited liability partnership focusing on real estate investments and property technology (proptech). Founded by Abhijeet Pai and Nikhil Kamath, co-founder of Zerodha, the firm aims to disrupt the traditional real estate sector by integrating technology and sustainability. In December 2021, Gruhas Proptech announced plans to launch a $150 million fund dedicated to proptech ventures, targeting investments in incubators, startups, and special situations within the real estate domain.

Broadway is co-promoted by four partners: Vivek Biyani, Think9, Rana Daggubati, Apurva Salarpuria of the Salarpuria Group, and Anuj Kejriwal of Anarock. This collaboration aims to bridge the gap between online and offline retail by providing D2C brands with a physical platform to connect with consumers.
