CMS INDUSLAW acts on Kiwi $23 million Series B fundraise

CMS INDUSLAW has advised Gokiwi Technologies Pvt Ltd. and its existing investors – Nexus Venture Partners, Stellaris Venture Partners and Omidyar Network India on Kiwi’s $23 million Series B fundraise. The round was led by Vertex Ventures, a new incoming investor.

The transaction team consisted of Winnie Shekhar (Partner), Shantanu Singh (Partner), Aditya Kumar (Senior Associate), Harsha Tiwari (Associate) and Khushi Vardhan (Associate) advised on this transaction.
