Renee Cosmetics Private Limited has raised ₹180 crore from a fundraise led by Playbook India Fund II, by way of subscription and purchase of equity shares, from certain existing shareholders including Mensa Brand Technologies Pte Ltd., 9Unicorns Accelerator Funds-I, Spotlights Consultants LLP.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Renee Cosmetics on this fundraise.
