CAM, JSA act on Anantam Highways Trust ₹400 crore IPO

Anantam Highways Trust has raised ₹400 crore from an intial public offering comprising an issuance of units.

As part of the transaction, the InvIT has also acquired seven road assets, which operate on a hybrid annuity model, from Dilip Buildcon Limited and its associates, as well as from certain associates of Alpha Alternatives Holding Private Limited.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Anantam Highways Trust on the IPO as well as on the acquisition of road assets.
