Vyom Geophysical Private Limited has made an investment in Vyom Hydrocarbon Private Limited, a subsidiary of the listed entity Hazoor Multi Projects Limited through the issuance of compulsory convertible debentures.

Burgeon Law advised and assisted Vyom Geophysical on this investment deal. The Firm's work included structuring the transaction, drafting and negotiating the definitive documents including the Term Sheet, Compulsory Convertible Debentures Agreement and allied documents.
