Burgeon Law assists The Sleep Company in series B Funding Round

The Sleeping Company (Comfort Grid Technologies Pvt Ltd) has raised ₹177 Crores in Series B funding round, led by Premji Invest, Fireside Ventures, along with participation from other investors.

Burgeon Law advised The Sleep Company on this deal.

The transaction team consisted of Roma Priya (Founder), Ankit Bhasin (Principal Associate), Aastha Agarwalla (Associate), Sugandhi Jain (Associate).

The Sleep Company, founded in 2019 by Priyanka Salot and Harshil Salot, is a tech-based D-2-C firm that provide customers with a sleeping experience with a combination of science and ergonomics to create comfort and optimal body support at an affordable price, and durability.

The funds will be used to expand the company's retail presence and strengthen the team in order to build a global business. According to a November 3 statement, the company has expanded into newer geographies such as Japan, the UAE, and the United Kingdom.
