Giga Fun Studios has raised approximately ₹19.56 crores ($2.4 million) in their seed round, led by interactive media-focused fund, Lumikai and consumer specialist fund, Fireside Ventures, along with participation from other investors.

Burgeon Law advised Lumikai and Fireside Ventures on this deal.

The transaction team consisted of Roma Priya (Founder) along with Ankit Bhasin (Principal Associate) and Aastha Agarwalla (Associate) who represented Lumikai and Puneet Bhatia (Principal Associate) and Rajat Raghuram (Associate) who represented Fireside Ventures.

Giga Fun Studios, a Bengaluru-based startup, founded by Krishnendu Mukherjee, Rahul Daga, and Rahul Shekhar, works with a motive to create a new benchmark in casual games, developed in high quality for Indian and global audiences, focusing on geographic accessibility and simple yet compelling game loops, customized user interface and user experience design for domestic players, accessible pricing, and distribution through third-party app stores.

The funds raised by Giga Fun Studios will be deployed with an aim to create a new benchmark in casual games for Indian and global audiences.
