AZB, Trilegal act on Akasa Air's fresh capital infusion

The fresh capital infusion will play a pivotal role in Akasa Air’s journey to becoming one of the top 30 airlines in the world by the end of this decade.

AZB & Partners and Trilegal acted on Akasa Air receiving a fresh capital infusion from a consortium of prominent investors, including Premji Invest, Claypond Capital, the investment office of Dr. Ranjan Pai, and funds managed by 360 ONE Asset.

Additionally, the Jhunjhunwala family has committed to an additional capital infusion into the airline. These agreements, subject to regulatory approval.
