Argus Partners has advised Infinx on the acquisition of the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (“RCM”) business of i3 Verticals, including its proprietary technology, for a total consideration of ~$96 million.
The transaction team consisted of Abhinav Bhalaik (Partner), Jitendra Soni (Partner) and Associates - Samia Haider, Harsh Garg, Abhirami Retheev, Shivam Dubey.
The Firm had previously advised Infinx on the acquisition of MedReceivables Advisor and Glidian, Inc.
The acquisition includes i3 Verticals' proprietary technology and brings an experienced team to Infinx, aligning with its long-term strategy to integrate scalable technology with expert services across all stages of the revenue cycle—from patient access to accounts receivable optimization. This integration aims to empower healthcare providers to maximize revenue, reduce administrative burdens, and improve patient outcomes.
