AQUILAW has advised United Spirits Limited, a Diageo Group Company, on the strategic divestment of a land parcel in Ajrara, Meerut.

The Firm conducted limited title assessment and advised on the legal structuring, documentation, and implementation of the transaction. The Firm's scope of work also included drafting, negotiating, and finalising the Memorandum of Understanding, Deed of Conveyance and other ancillary documents necessary to complete the transaction.
