Antares Legal represented Microbe Diagnostic Laboratories in this transaction.

The transaction team was led by Arjun Anand (Partner), Karann Damani (Associate) and Aman Gupta (Associate).

Arthavat Law Offices represented Banyan Tree India Growth Capital Fund on investment in Microbe Diagnostic Laboratories. The Company shall utilise the funds raised for expanding and deepening its reach on pan Indian level.
