Wingreens Farms has raised ₹124 crores (US$ 17 million) in its Series C round from Investcorp and Omidyar Network.

Antares Legal represented Wingreens Farms and the team comprised Siddharth Bhavnani (Partner), Surbhi Gupta (Partner), Surbhi Kothiala (Principal Associate), Devanjali Rastogi (Senior Associate), Charu Tripathi (Associate), Navya Mehrotra (Associate) and Dikshita Damodaran (Associate).

Khaitan & Co advised Investcorp and Omidyar Network and the team was led by Partners Bharat Anand and Tanvi Kumar along with Siddharth Marwah (Principal Associate), Sanjana Bhatnagar (Senior Associate) and Dhairya Kumar Garg (Associate) with assistance from Kevin Peter (Principal Associate).
