Anagram Partners advises Investcorp on acquisition of digital technology business of NSE

The deal amount is valued at ₹1,000 crores.

Investcorp is making a proposed acquisition of the digital technology business of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE India) for ₹10 billion.

Anagram Partners advised Investcorp on this acquisition deal.

The transaction team consisted of Simone Reis (Partner), Shwetank Chaubey (Principal Associate), Nilomi Doshi (Associate), Aditya A (Associate) and Avantika Mehndiratta (Associate).

This acquisition of ₹10 billion represents one of the largest mid-market deals in the country. 

Investcorp investments in India include Global Dental, Wakefit, Canpac, Xpressbees, Nephroplus, Safari Industries, InCred, Citykart, Zolo, Freshtohome, Intergrow Brands, Unilog, V-Ensure and NDR Warehousing.

Anagram had advised Investcorp in its recent investment in WakeFit where the private equity company had invested $40 Million in its Series D round.
