Actis, an investor in sustainable infrastructure, has acquired a portfolio of operational Indian Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) road assets from Patel Infrastructure Limited (PIL), to expand its long-life infrastructure footprint in Asia.

Anagram Partners acted as legal advisors to Actis on this acquisition.

The team was led by Partners, Simone Reis and Palaq Vora and comprised Keegan Pavrey, Vivek Narang, Averal Sibal, Dhriti Mitra and Aditya Agarwal.
