SLS NOIDA wins India-Asia rounds, 62nd Philip C. Jessup Moot

Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA’s Team comprising Ms. Purnima Mathur, Ms. Aiyushi Sahani, Mr. Arjun Sahni and Mr. Rhythm Katyal were adjudged Winners in the Philip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition, India & Asia Regional Rounds 2021.

They will now represent India-Asia in global rounds.

The moot court competition was organized in India by Amity Law School, NOIDA in association with International Law Students Association (ILSA) on February 27-28, 2021.

Held virtually, 60 teams across India and South Asian countries participated in Indian - Asia Regional Rounds.

The Case Study provided was based on varied issues ranging from validity of entry regulations during global pandemic to violation of international law in case a country shoots down a civil aircraft.
