NUALS invites applications for Vice-Chancellor position

National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi has issued a notification announcing that it is looking for a new Vice-Chancellor.

A Search Committee has been constituted by the Chancellor of NUALS and is looking for applications from candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • The candidate shall be a distinguished academician with highest level of competence, integrity, morals and institutional commitment, with a minimum of 10 years of experience as Professor in the University system or 10 years of experience in a reputed research and/or academic administrative organisation in an equivalent post with proof of having demonstrated academic leadership.

  • The term of office of the Vice-Chancellor shall be four years from the date on which he enters upon his office or until he attains the age of 65, whichever is earlier.

As per the notification, applications are to be made in hard copy via Speed Post/Registered post and soft copy with detailed biodata mentioning educational qualifications, academic, research and administrative accomplishments and experience together with the list of publications, awards and other relevant information along with proof.

Applications are to be sent to the Registrar, NUALS, HMT Colony P.O., Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala – 683 503, and vcsearch2025@nuals.ac.in on or before 5:00 PM on April 16.
