Bar & Bench

The LawVastutah Blog is pleased to invite submissions of well-researched blogs including articles, opinions and short notes on contemporary legal or socio-legal topics to be submitted by 15th July 2021.

ABOUT LAWVASTUTAH

Vastutah in Sanskrit means ‘reality’. The objective of the blog is to present a real and simplified understanding of laws that maintain the functioning of society. We believe that every citizen should have fundamental knowledge about the contemporary benefits and difficulties the Indian law entails as it forms the backbone of our societal establishment and harmony.

To provide a wide range of perspective to our readers and to engage with different subject areas, we are now calling for submissions containing a connection with socio-legal issues, including legislative analysis, analysis of recent judgements, case studies, intersectional analysis and comparative studies with other legal frameworks.
