
The Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur (DNLU) is organizing an online Advanced Certificate Course on Competition Law and inviting interested students and professionals in the field to participate in the course scheduled from June 20-29, 2025.
This course provides a comprehensive introduction to competition law in India, covering its economic rationale, legal evolution, and regulatory framework.
Through five modules, it explores key theories (Harvard, Chicago, Asian), core concepts like market power and dominance, and anti-competitive practices—both unilateral and coordinated.
It also covers merger control, Competition Commission of India (CCI) procedures, enforcement tools, and sectoral coordination. Designed for students, legal professionals, and economists, the course blends theory with case studies and expert insights.

CLERA is a research centre focused on regulatory developments in sectors like securities, competition, finance, insolvency, and insurance. Interns will engage with real-time regulatory tracking (SEBI, RBI, CCI, TRAI, IRDAI) and contribute to policy-oriented research.
